As a major sponsor of the NCAA Championship Tournament, Marriott Bonvoy sought out to recognize & celebrate loyalty members, leverage & maximize on the marketing partnership and create an elevated experience that invites all to book future business with Marriott.
One of these major activations took place inside of the epicenter of the Final 4 action, the NRG Stadium in Houston. During the Final 4 games, Marriott Bonvoy took over a club level suite. As the Senior Event Producer, it was my role to lead & execute this activation.
Notable Elements of the Activation
- Partnered with the the NRG Stadium staff for detailed load-in / strike coordination during a high-alert event property to ensure a successful activation
- Worked with custom fabrication & print shops to ensure custom pieces — framed wall prints, soffit covers, substrate-backed logo and rug — were produced accurately & timely
- Procured all decor items & custom chairs
- Coordinated hospitality aspects of suite
